I am Alvis. My background is not only website building. I have spent years working with business processes, documents, tenders, cross-team communication and system implementation. Bunun Studio turns AI, automation and web presentation into practical tools that small teams can understand and maintain.
I start by understanding the real-world problem, then clarify people, process, data, tools and delivery. For small businesses and service teams, AI becomes valuable only when it connects to everyday work.
When I build websites and automation, I also prepare demos, diagrams, notes, tests and recovery steps so users can understand how the system works and where to check when something goes wrong.

Handled customer requirement clarification, issue tracking, cross-team coordination and PM support across transportation and public infrastructure projects, including Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation, New Taipei Metro, Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation, Taoyuan Airport Terminal 3 and National Freeway No. 5 related systems. Experience covered CCTV, TETRA communications, NVR and field system services. Collaboration included major SI, engineering and technology teams such as ST Engineering, Kenmec, Hwacom, Chunghwa Telecom and CTCI.
Participated in MES implementation consulting and project management for electronics manufacturing sites, including King Yuan Electronics in Chunan and Zhenkun Electronics in Suzhou. SPC / QC system customers included Chin Poon, Min Aik, Wistron NeWeb, Kinik and Prodisc. Also supported QC product line planning, sales enablement and marketing programs.
Led new business development, cooperation proposals and project execution with gaming, insurance, futures and e-commerce partners, including AIA, Hua Nan Futures, Jih Sun and game industry partners. Also participated in the Taiwan Online Shopping Festival project with III and built online channel cooperation with GOMAJI, momo and offline-to-online sales models.
Experienced in regional agent development, partner management and sales team setup. Earlier work included helping develop regional agents in Vietnam and supporting market entry, then participating in Shanghai and Dongguan business office setup and partner management in China.
